There's something you should know……

• Check in 15:00 after/ Check out 11:00 before
• For someone's right, please keep quite after 9:00pm
• Keep the environment clean and separate trash into different kinds of recycling categories
• Have handmade soap for your whole body and hair dryer
• No A/C in every room
• No fire in room
• No smoking
• No clean and change your bed sheet during your stay
• There are many mosquitoes in maintain area, you can prepare mosquito repellent by yourself

• Double Suite 2,900/ per night
• Double Room 2,200/per night
• Single Room 1,400/per night
• Dorm Room 600/ per person, per night

Please remit the total cost within 48 hours after you booking, and inform us after you make the payment. We will keep your room after you make the payment

If you want to cancel, please inform us at least 1 month before coming, we will return your remittance to your account(Deduct the bank expenses,which is 30 NTD from your payment), if you cancel within 1 month before coming, sorry we will keep your remittance

Make the reservation during Chinese New Year, please make the payment before tomorrow 3:30pm, and inform us after you make the payment. We will keep your room after you make the payment. We don't return your payment if you cancel during Chinese New Year

Asian Lunar New Year holiday accommodation discount: stay 2 nights, 10% discount on the second night; stay 3 nights, 10% discount on the second and third nights; stay 4 nights, as mentioned above, save 20% off the 4th night！

The official time used is local Taiwan time (GMT +8).

• Cancellation 14 days (incloud) before will result in 100% refund.
• Cancellation 10-13 days (incloud) before will result in 70% refund.
• Cancellation 7-9 days (incloud) before will result in 50% refund.
• Cancellation 4-6 days (incloud) before will result in 40% refund.
• Cancellation 2-3 days (incloud) before will result in 30% refund.
• Cancellation 1 days (incloud) before will result in 20% refund.
• Cancellation on the accommodation date or no show will result in no refund.

You can get 100% refund when the Hualien County Government announced “Off Day due to Typhoon” or “Off Day due to Earthquake” on your check-in date and you can't come to Hualien. You can also keep the deposit with us for reservations within future 6 months.
